All about gluten

Gluten is a source of relatively recent controversy, we all know how easy it is for fads to take place and how eager people are to play the blame game. But what happens when there is some truth to it? How do we make objective decisions in such a turmoil as today’s broad information access?

I was lucky to find precisely what currently I would agree to be the best summary of the gluten issue that has sprouted so many beliefs and even new dogmas, and Danny Lennon, a superb mind in the fields of nutrition, has it laid out perfectly so that people can understand this to its fundamentals in an easy yet deep way. I was further honored by Danny letting me make a translation into Spanish for my site. But the English version is on his website, and I highly recommend you go read it, it will clear a lot of the nonsense being spread around, and it will give you a perspective on the real issue.

His site is also a great source to learn about nutrition, so I strongly encourage you to dig in as it is an island full of nutritional treasures ready for the plunder.

Now, about Danny, I need to state that if I say that his podcast is perhaps the best resource when it comes to training, nutrition, health, and just anything related to our well-being, it’s still an understatement, so go listen to it and find out for yourself. His passion for the field of nutrition and training really shows as he delivers topics you think you might not be interested at first, and then you end up learning so much on stuff you might even need in the future, whether you are person looking to improve yourself or a coach.
